I don't feel comfotable with the hotel staffs , not all but one of the front office girl, don't have any idea how to deal with the guest. I had searched Everything about this hotel and book but when I park my vechile, the front office girl called me and told me to take my car in another property and come back on a mid night, as they have parking space aswell, I had very bad bad experience in this property. just then once and book rooms in this hotel, rooms are also that good as shown in images.

House keeping is very bad. Toilet not well cleaned. Restaurant provide smelling food. Parking problem for visitors

Housekeeping was not up to the mark. Corridor area near the lift on 7th floor was not cleaned even once in my three day stay. What’s more, they had provided used linen and towels initially and we had to raise the issue to be heard. Little things that matter to a guest just as one checks in the room were overlooked- for example no liquid soap in the dispenser and do on. Cleaning the room of existing guest was on low priority. 2. We stayed at this property of summit, and the amenities and hospitality was very pleasant. Rooms are at different levels, we stayed in a premium room with a balcony and it was spacious enough with a valley view over mg marg. They were generous enough to take in special order to match the child's needs and food taste. It is actually 5 minutes walking distance from the mg marg but that route is not ideal for a senior citizen or someone with any ailment. Cabs are available also from the entrance itself and the staff helps to arrange for local mobility.
